Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, https://onpaperanalytic.com, and other sites we own and operate.
Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person, your devices, payment details, and information about how you use a website or online service.
Where our site links to third-party sites and services, those services have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities after you leave our site.
This policy is effective as of 21 August 2026.
Information we collect falls into two categories: information you voluntarily provide, and information automatically sent by your device when you access our services.
Personal information we may ask for: your email address.
We do not ask for your name, date of birth, phone number, postal address, or payment card details. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our systems.
When you visit the site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log standard request data sent by your browser. This can include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit.
If you encounter an error, we may automatically record technical details about that error and the circumstances around it, so we can diagnose and fix it. You may not receive notice at the time an error occurs.
This information is not personally identifying on its own, though we note that log data can in principle be combined with other information to identify an individual.
We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) to understand which pages people visit and how they find the site. Plausible records the page URL, the referring website, browser type, operating system, device type, and country.
Plausible does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not track visitors across websites or over time. Country is derived from the IP address at the moment of the request and the address itself is discarded. All data is processed and stored within the European Union.
Because no cookies are set and no personal data is collected, this site does not show a cookie consent banner. We do not run advertising, and we do not share analytics data with advertisers or data brokers.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security. You are responsible for the strength and confidentiality of any password associated with your account.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it. If you have created an account, we retain that information for as long as the account exists. If your personal information is no longer required, we delete it or remove all details that identify you.
If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days. We may retain information where necessary to comply with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation.
We do not aim any of our products or services at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13. Where we rely on consent to process personal information and you are under 16, we will seek the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Complaints. If you believe we have breached a data protection law, contact us with full details. We will investigate and respond in writing. You also have the right to contact your data protection authority.
Communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us. We may still contact you for non-promotional reasons such as managing your account or responding to a support request.
If we are acquired, or in the event we cease trading, personal information may be among the assets transferred. Any acquiring party may continue to use your personal information according to this policy, which they would be required to assume.
